Home Care RN – Pediatric Focus | Brooklyn

Provide one-on-one care in a community setting with no office time required.

What You’ll Do

• Complete initial assessments, recertifications, and manage caseloads
• Develop and implement individualized care plans
• Deliver clinical care and patient education
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate services
  
  

What You’ll Need

• Active NY RN license (or ability to obtain)
• Pediatric experience required
