NYS Association of Occupational Health Nurses

Reminder to Vote in the AAOHN Elections

Posted over 5 years ago by Patricia Sadowski

If you haven't voted already, now is the time to cast your vote for AAOHN President Elect, Secretary and Election Committee members.  Voting is open until November 30.

Elections are the foundation and sign of a strong organization. It takes an active and engaged membership to ensure board representation and leadership to respond to member concerns. Elections and voting are an AAOHN member benefit. You must be an AAOHN member to vote and only one (1) vote is allowed per member.

Go to www.aaohn.org, choose the "Membership" tab, and then "Elections & Voting"

Two of our Northeast members are on the AAOHN Ballot:

Kim Olszewski has been nominated for President Elect.  Kim is currently the Secretary for AAOHN.  She is very active and is a dominant force for occupational health nurses. She will make an amazing President for our organization.

Yolanda Lang has been nominated for the position of AAOHN Secretary.  Yolanda currently serves as your AAOHN Northeast Regional Director.  She is responsible the NEAOHN newsletter, which is one of the first regional updates in our organization.

Both Kim and Yolanda deserve your votes, and they will serve AAOHN and the Northeast Region well.
