Hello,
I am looking for information as to how companies are handling legalized marijuana use.
I believe from researching the issue that:
It should be removed from pre-employment drug screen
If it is removed from our post- accident 5 panel- it can no longer be done as an instant.
There is not an established level for intoxication in NY (PA is using 10ngm)
Impairment would have to be proven with other factors.
A blood test could tell the amount of time in the system if we had a lab that does it.
How are other companies handling this?
